Stretchy Monkey Game - Orangutwang

Help this funny monkey(to be correct, orangut - by the way, what is an orangut?) to collect bananas by dragging it's extra-flexible limbs from ring to ring. You have to be careful though, don't touch the spiders and the wasps in your way because you'll loose a life..
The game is fun to play, but it lacks of sound and this is something that must be mentioned. Anyway, if you play this game at office you don't want to be noticed and without sound you attract less attention ;)
Of course you can achieve the same result in a game with sound effects by switching them off or simply mute your speakers, so this is not an excuse for a game not to feature sound effects or even simple background music.
Enough brainstorming about game design, if you want to give it a try follow the link below:

Play Sudoku Online

Sudoku fans around the globe is a crowd continuously growing since the game became popular worldwide 2 years ago. The concept is very simple: fill the boxes on the 9x9 grid with numbers from 1 to 9, with no row or 3x3 box containing same numbers. You begin with some clue-numbers and have to fill the others.
Enough with the explanations, probably you already know how the game goes and my aim here is to provide you some cool game links.
So I found Sudoku Craving, a site where a new sudoku puzzle is available every day. And if you create an account you can track your progress and get more statistics.
I also found this article about the history of Sudoku witch includes plenty of knowledge about the roots of this popular mind-breaking game..

Fancy Pants Adventures Platform Game

I believe that every person in this planet that plays games had heard at least once about the Super Mario brothers. This classic game brought the standards to the platform games gerne - you know, the one that you control a hero on a world scrolling through the screen as you jump and run on platforms while trying to avoid any obstacles in your way to save the princes or the world or blah blah blah...
Well, in this platform flash game the hero is a guy wearing fancy orange pants. The game style reminds me of Yoshi's Island, a platform I was playing back in 90's on my Super Nintendo. It's really simple graphics look like hand-made but the result is very satisfactory for a flash game and playing it is absolutely enjoying.

Zidane Head Butt Game

If you watched the World Cup Final last week, you've probably have seen Zinedine Zidane head butting Marco Materazzi on the chest near the end of the game. Well, the opinions are divided on this subject from a player of Zidane's class but no matter what your opinion is, you can have fun with this game hosted at AddictingGames. You control a Zidane figure using the mouse and fire head butts clicking the left button. The more head butts you manage to fire on the crossing Materazzi's, the more red cards you collect! Shockwave.com - Online Flash Games

Have you heard of this site? It's a competitor of Miniclip.com, full of free games that you can download or play online. I've spended some time browsing & trying the games listed inside. Most of the games are fun to play, you can find almost any type. From classic arcade-style to advanced action shooters with cool 3D graphics. But there's something I have to mention: Before you start playing, you have to watch an advertisement without any option to skip. This is a bit annoying if you consider that the site is full of ads spread here in there. Is it so important to stand out for another?
Go ahead and check it out, then come back and leave a comment with your opinion, I'll appreciate it a lot!

How about some Athletics?

Which is the last time you got some real exercise? Well, mine is a long time ago and I'll have to get some. Call a few friends and organize a basketball game or something..
For now, I found a collection of sport games that you can play on your computer -exercising your hand and fingers- :)
As you can see on the screenshot, there's nine games to choose from, each one with it's own challenge to beat. The graphics are really simple but playing those games gets you addicted. You'll probably find yourself trapped in a time-hole while trying to beat the records.. Make this discus-golf ball-football fly away, shoot the arrow on target, perform a baseball home run and all the other stuff by clicking on this link: Sports Games Collection

Air defense - Flak those aircrafts down!

Defend your base from bad aircrafts trying to take you down! In this game, you control some flak cannons and you use them to take down various enemy planes coming in waves against you.
When you start you have only two cannons, one based on your control tower(the left one on the screenshot) and one ground-based, next to your tower. Taking down enemy planes gives you money so you can buy more units to increase fire-power and upgrades with many effects, like radios for better shot accuracy and repair units to recover damage.
As the game progress, enemy planes are faster and harder to kill, so you have to manage your money the right way if you want to stay alive! When you shoot, your artillery fire explode on the air, making a black cloud. The enemy planes take damage only when pass through that cloud, so keep this in mind when you target at them..
That's it, here is the link if you want to try it yourself: Air Defence 3

Paper Toss - Throwing paper in the basket

Found another one today, it's called "Paper Toss". It's a skill game, you have to throw paper balls into a trash basket. Don't tell me you never done this in the past..
So the game is as it was when you played at your office, with one major deference: there's a fan that makes your task more challenging. When you shoot, take the wind direction and strength in count because it affects paper's way towards the basket!
I played a while and made a highscore of 9 continuous shots on target.

Cursor Dodger Game

Today I was making a web search on something that has nothing to do with games, but while checking a site from the results, I found a link for this Cursor Dodger Game.
I spend some time playing and it was very funny, your task is to avoid your mouse pointer from being catched by that nasty anime guy.
He uses many ways to do so: jumping, using bombs, missiles, huge rods falling across the screen, teleporting, etc. My best score till now is around 600, try it and tell me yours!
The game is Japanese(or Korean or Chinese, can't tell for sure) and to start you must press the first option of the two you see at the begging. Of course, if you can read them you don't need this information.. :)
